My monk turned 5 years old and I was rewarded with a mini siege devourer.
Month: November 2010
I planned to play a few hours of DDO, but I wound up only squeezing in ~30 mins or so.
With that I picked up the next round of quests in Korthos Village, and ventured outside the gate to the rest of the island. After wandering around and fighting mobs that attacked me, I found myself in front of the Cannith Manufactury, which is tied to the Redemption quest. So I ventured in to look for Lars Heyton, lost inside.
Another game I’ve been interested in trying out is Dungeon and Dragons Online, or DDO. It is really easy to do now since it went free-to-play (microtransaction) a year ago! D&D has a nostalgic element for me, as I played it with friends in junior high, because that’s what you did back then.
I decided to add another goal to my Guild Wars list – get to 15 max titles, for “I’m Very Important”.
It isn’t far off by some measurements, because my ranger Dawn is at 13 already (the “People Know Me” level), so I just need 2 more max titles. It is far off by other measurements, such as amount of time needed. 😉
Mini Pet HoM Boost
One great and unexpected bonus came from searching all my characters yesterday – I dug up 8 minipets I hadn’t dedicated to my Hall of Monuments. 8! That catapulted me from 28 minipets to 36 minipets, so I picked another Hall of Monuments point for displaying 30 minipets, and am in striking range of displaying 40 minipets for another point.
War in Kryta
Tonight I wanted to progress on the War in Kryta content. So I began by running to the Shining Blade camp in the Talmark Wilderness.
