Yeah I wasn't hooked enough to keep trying it out. It's tough for a game to do in a limited time, but I think the good ones show enough of their mechanics off within 30 mins to an hour to give a reasonable feel for what the rest will be like. For example, GW2 in that time will reveal a storyline, unlocking skills for a weapon, skill points, etc. This one was like... press key, autoattack mob, deal with a UI which felt aimed at middle school. That's great, but I didn't want to continue. :)

I watched a 15 minute first impression video on YouTube and after about 5 minutes in I realized the game was probably just a giant grind-fest with boring combat. Sounds like you came to about the same conclusion after playing :)

The early levels in GW2 are fun because every few minutes you are unlocking new weapon skills and the leveling is fairly fast as well. I grabbed all the weapons mesmers can use and was sure to keep swapping them around in order to unlock more skills, and then visited my Hall of Monuments to transmute all the weapons and armor into fancier looking items.

I like the group combat against Veteran/Champion mobs. What is very difficult/impossible solo becomes much easier with 1 or 2 extra players, plus the battles are fast paced!

Yeah, doing DE's by yourself is okay for a while, but it gets really tedious and boring quick. Doing them with other people makes it so much more fun, and suddenly you have done DE's for over an hour and you are still not bored :D

you are doing it wrong. Your pi for high sec is tottaly tottaly wrong. Never use extractors at high sec. Instead buy them from jita import to planet then go p1 to p3 or p4 depending your skills.

Then you need to limit the powergrid and cpu as much as possible. So facilities are on top of each other. 100m is a joke per char , probable 400+ per month if you can find the amount of resources needing. Thats per char and minimum you can get on high sec. I am doing null atm have done high - low - wh. (best = Wh)
